Good News Real Estate Story
Recently, I helped a seller sell her single wide, 1 bedroom mobile home in Vista to relocate to South Carolina to be close to her sister in retirement. I had my concerns as to what she would be able to buy with the funds from the $30,000 mobile home here.
I have been blessed to receive pictures of the awesome concrete 3 bdrm 2 bath single family home she just bought and moved into.
Now, that’s a “good news” story of my job and why I do what I do!
