-About Mindi-

Testimonials…

“Through all these transactions I quickly learned that real estate transactions rarely, if ever, run smoothly and without complications. There were times I felt as if each sale and/or purchase managed to ride the line between “I can’t believe this” to “Are you kidding me, they want WHAT?”

Despite all my emotional ups and downs and outcries of indignation, Mindi guided me though all the pitfalls that arose calmly and patiently (which I wasn’t) navigating all the avenues to resolve everything that came up.

During these “issues” I was forever fretting about this, that and the other frantically calling Mindi predicting the “end of the world”.  Mindi always addressed my concerns, explained all facts and calmed me through it all. She always kept me from unraveling.I witnessed through all these transactions the professionalism Mindi exhibited and her high level of integrity in resolving all the issues encountered. Her ability to interact and relate to everyone was amazing. Mindi adeptly maneuvered through what seemed endless people and companies to reach satisfactory results.

Mindi’s outgoing personality, no-nonsense demeanor in resolving issues, and ability to relate to everyone, makes her the perfect professional to assist anyone with their real estate needs. It is for all these reasons, I consistently refer her to friends and acquaintances when asked. “

“Mindi Landry has partnered with us through four highly successful real estate transactions. Through a gifted educational process that incorporated intuitive listening, she has brought us to the perfect home and property that met all our emotional, special physical, lifestyle and financial needs. Our last home was purchased through probate court. Mindi’s thirty four  years of experience negotiated and navigated this complex real estate transaction flawlessly. Her professional state-of-the-art business acumen, uncompromising integrity, and stalwart character is particularly highlighted as the financial markets violently fluctuated during our purchase process. As our advocate, she closed escrow on time and at the agreed terms. Being nominated for North County top realtor simply brings greater recognition to what we have known for 10 years; Mindi Landry is all about relationships. She is sincere, genuine and ethical. People are more important to her than merely buying or selling a house. Not only have we formed a solid business relationship, we are proud to call her a friend. Like the famous credit card slogan, we tell everyone we know, “Mindi Landry. Don’t buy or sell a home without her!”

“Buying and selling homes can be a frustrating and emotional experience.  That’s why we are thankful for Mindi Landry.  A little over ten years ago, we decided to sell our home, in a rapidly rising market.  Knowing what our bottom line was in order to purchase a new home we were planning to build, we contacted a realtor who had listed our previous home.  Unfortunately, she tried to convince us that we would have to list our home for over $50,000 less than what we needed in order to proceed with another transaction.

We decided to call Mindi because we noticed a lot of “sold” signs in our neighborhood with her name on them.  Mindi believed we could accomplish what we set out to do and listed our home, helping us to get our price.  Her honesty in every aspect and the integrity of the people she associated with made us confident and alleviated our concerns.  Earlier this year, when deciding to down size from our home, we didn’t hesitate to contact Mindi.

Once again, she extensively studied the comparable market.  Her observations on staging the home inside and out, the professional photos and other marketing techniques allowed our home to sell in less than three months, in a down economy.  We are now preparing to list one of our parent’s homes with Mindi.  She’s become more than our realtor.  She’s a friend we can call on whom we will always treasure.”
